Here are two words to keep in mind during the rush process: individuality and safety. The rush process is a once and a lifetime experience, and you might have classmates who are already in a fraternity or are interesting in joining one. However, the organization most satisfactory for them might not be the best match for you and that’s alright. Oftentimes, the organization or "best fraternity" for you are different from your peers. The thirteen member fraternities that will participate in and host recruitment activities will offer diverse opportunities, joint interests/values, and member experiences. During the process, you should strive to coalesce with an organization where you feel most comfortable; has members you enjoy spending time with; and has ideals/ interests, values, and goals that harmonize with your own. And lastly, you are in safe hands during the process.
